What Have I Been Reading Lately, What I Reckon about Twitter and Why Blogging Is the Best
I have been reading a lot of great new blogs lately. I am unconvinced about all the twitter tizzy. I still enjoy blogs and have a huge number in my feed reader.
The key part of blogs is that you can find hidden gems, and they are from people that really like to write.
Sure you can notice some cool people on twitter. But, seriously, twitter is for individuals with add or who dont like to write authentic posts. Yes, stacks of people twitter and also blog, and those souls are chill by me, but I am perpetually and perpetually a blog fan.
Blogs push the author to in reality articluate their view. Twitter on the other hand merely allows you to tell it. Call me old fashioned but I suppose there is a point where smaller is no longer greater. We have been obsessed with miniturization for so long. Especially when it comes to technology. Surely there has to be a level where we recognise substance matters. Value matters. What do you believe?
Perhaps the down-to-earth answer rests in balance. And compromise. You cannot pressure people to have substance and not be superficial. But, too perhaps you need to force the navel gazing hippies to lighten up a bit aswell?
